Broker assistance and support is available 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, by our web site,

We encourage it. At Main Sail Real Estate you have the liberty to set your own

No, our agents typically work from their home office. We favor this operational model
to minimize our overhead so we can pass the savings to our agents.

No, you may use any services you feel best meet the needs of your client's.
Do you have a transaction coordinator?
Yes, we have an in-house T/C that charges $299 for one side and $499 for two sides.
Can I use a local source for business cards, business signs
and other materials?
Yes, as long as your marketing materials have the Main Sail Real Estate logo, you are
free to buy them as you choose. All marketing and advertising needs to be approved at
broker@mainsailre.com
What forms do you use?
Standard CAR approved forms. You may access the forms through your local Board of
Realtors or through www.winforms.com. In some cases Main Sail Real Estate may
provide some forms to our agents.
How soon do I get paid after an escrow has been closed?
We take pride in striving to have every transaction paid directly out of escrow to our
agents. If this mark is missed, once the transaction file has satisfied our requirements,
you will be issued payment the same business day.
